Harshita has more than 15 years of experience in the development sector, focussing on gender, health, and communication. She has led empowerment programs for women and young citizens across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand. Harshita holds a Master's in Chemistry and Social Work.
